We have over 30 years of combined experience working with businesses in a variety of industries.

Diane Arnett founded Accounting Help in 2002 after leaving her position as Chief Accounting Officer for a $60 million national healthcare outsourcing firm.  Diane is an Enrolled Agent.  She is licensed directly with the IRS and must maintain her license by continuing her tax and ethics education every year.  She is authorized to represent taxpayers against the IRS through Appeals.  Diane is sitting for the US Tax Court bar exam in November 2010.  With this designation, she will be able to litigate in tax court.

She has a Master of Taxation (MT) degree from the University of Denver and a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Nebraska.  Diane was one of the founding students of DU's Low Income Tax Clinic.  This clinic provides tax representation all the way through the tax court system to those in need.

Diane has been teaching QuickBooks since the DOS version.  Although she is not currently teaching seminars, she still does one-on-one training.  Diane also taught high school accounting for three years.  She enjoys watching her clients truly understand their financials and explaining their tax impact on cash flow.

Married with two children, Diane loves to work, read, and spend time with her family.  You can e-mail Diane at diane@acctghelp.com.
